this standard is applicable to the special ink for ball point pen core

1 classification

1.1 ballpoint pen inks are divided into two categories: primary inks and secondary inks

2 technical requirements

2.1 the quality indicators of inks for ball point pens of various colors shall comply with the provisions in the table below

3 test method

3.1 sun fastness

3.1.1 measuring instrument and paper product

3.1.2 determination method insert the plastic tubing of the unified refill into the ear ball to absorb the sample ink, and then blow a drop of ink on the 60g/m2 rubber plate (five pieces of the same paper should be placed under this paper to keep it flat). 3.2 water immersion fastness

3.2.2 determination method

take 5 ~ 10 unified refills without ink and pour them into the sample ink. After marking 500 meters on the writing machine, select a refill with an ink output of 150 ± 20 mg per kilometer and circle on 60 g/m2 offset paper once, draw a straight line of 20 cm in total, and the interval between five lines is 0.2cm. Cut two samples with a width of 10 cm in the middle of the line, and place them at room temperature for 24 hours, Immerse 1/4 ~ 1/2 of a piece of paper in distilled water at room temperature, soak it for 72 hours, take it out and dry it, and visually inspect the water immersion fastness of its lines

3.3 temperature resistance

3.3.2 measuring method nowadays

put two 10ml glass vials into 6 ~ 7ml ink respectively, cover them (seal them with wax), and place them in 60 ± 2 ℃ constant temperature oven and -15 ± 2 ℃ refrigerator for 240 hours respectively

take out the sample and immediately check for crystallization, delamination, gelation and other deterioration with a 40 ~ 100 times microscope

3.4 permeability

3.4.1 measuring instrument

d. the load of the writing machine is 150g (1.471n). Mark "8" on the quick qualitative filter paper, and the length of the marking paper is 20cm

3.4.2 determination method

divide the sample paper into two pieces of 10cm, put one of them into a constant temperature and humidity oven with a temperature of 35 ± 1 ℃ and a relative humidity of 65% - 75% for 8 hours, take it out and place it in the determination room for 48 hours at room temperature. Compare the other sample paper with a temperature of 20-25 ℃ and a relative humidity of 50% - 70%, and observe the line diffusion difference with a 20 times micrometer microscope

3.5 purity

3.5.1 measuring instrument

put the refill with normal ink output in 3.2.2 into a 3800 ± 300 rpm centrifugal precipitator at room temperature of 15 ~ 35 ℃. After centrifugation for 12 hours (6 hours each time, the centrifugation is required to be completed within 48 hours), scribe

a. it is normal for the initial scribe to start inking within five circles with a circle with a diameter of 20mm

b. continuous scribing is normal if there is no broken line within ten circles of two lines

3.6 reverse printing time 3.6.1 determination method

use the pen refill with 3.2.2 normal ink output to draw a circle with a diameter of 20mm on 60g/m2 offset paper (underlaid with PVC marking board)

cover the same 500 g (4.9n) weight (bottom area diameter 45 mm) on the paper in 10 ± 1 seconds, and let it stand for 10 minutes to check the traces of wireless strips on the covering paper

3.7 corrosivity

3.7.2 measuring method

pour four refills with 3.2.2 normal ink output into the ink, and after inspection, insert the refills with normal writing into the vial containing the same ink; After being placed in an oven at 60 ± 2 ℃ for 240 hours, scribe

a. it is normal for the initial pen to start inking within three circles with a circle with a scribed diameter of 20mm

b. continuous scribing is qualified if there are ten lines and ten circles in each line, and there are no corrosion spots and broken lines

3.8 stability

3.8.1 the ink can still be written after being poured into the refill within three years of storage

3.8.2 the ink is poured into the unified refill produced according to the national standard, and the storage period is more than two and a half years

3.9 appearance

visual inspection with natural light, the ink should be a paste with a certain viscosity, and the surface should be free of conjunctiva, delamination, gelatinization and serious patterns

4 acceptance rules

4.1 the manufacturer shall ensure that the ex factory products comply with the provisions of this standard and can only leave the factory with the certificate of conformity issued and sealed by the quality management department of the manufacturer

4.2 the user factory shall accept with the certificate of conformity. If there is any doubt, it has the right to conduct sampling inspection. During the sampling inspection, it can sample from any barrel of this batch. If there are quality problems in the regulations, other items, except the stability index, will be proposed to the manufacturer in the first quarter

4.3 the manufacturer shall keep 250g samples of each batch of products for future reference, and the storage period is three years. The user has the right to take samples and seal samples together, otherwise the samples kept by the manufacturer will be taken as official samples

4.4 the quality indicators of each batch of ink must be qualified. In case of nonconformity, double the number of samples are allowed to be taken, and the unqualified items are reinspected together. If they are still unqualified, the batch of products are regarded as unqualified, and the manufacturer is responsible for handling them

5 packaging, marking, transportation and storage

5.1 the ink container must be dry, clean and solid, and does not work with the ink

5.2 the ink must be sealed during storage and transportation. The container shall be equipped with a cement pressure testing machine, which is an obvious mark to clamp the two ends of the data sample on two fixtures with a certain distance of 1, indicating the variety code, batch number, color and inspection date. During storage and transportation, the ink should be protected from sunlight and rain, and should not be in contact with high-temperature heat sources and organic solvents above 60 ℃

5.3 the ink storage place must be kept dry. C. the screw rod screws should be kept clean locally and lubricated with butter or molybdenum disulfide. The room temperature should be below 35 ℃, and corresponding fire safety measures should be taken
