Type test of corrugated box
there are two type tests of corrugated box. Stacking test and vertical impact drop test
according to the test rules, type tests are required when the following conditions occur:
① changes in raw materials, design structure and processing technology used to make corrugated boxes
② both the supplier and the demander put forward requirements in the processing contract
③ when type test is required under other circumstances
conduct type test according to gb4857.2, the selected samples shall be treated for 24 hours under the environmental conditions of 23 ± 2 ℃ temperature and 50% ± 5% relative humidity, and the test shall be carried out under such environmental conditions
I. stacking test
stacking test is actually a pressure test. Put the selected sample box on a horizontal plane, calculate the load of standard weight on the top of the corrugated box sample, and apply it to the plate. Observe the actual bearing capacity of the sample box within 24 hours according to the rules

where: M0 - Total stacking mass applied on the corrugated box, kg
M1 - single ha: 900 ℃/2h/oq+705 ℃/16h/ac+650 ℃/16h/ac package gross weight; Kg
h:- stacking height; M
h:- corrugated box scale; M
k:- deterioration coefficient (see table 25)
h/h:- rounding digits (see the requirements of the anti pressure test for the rules)
basic rules of the stacking height test:
① select a good horizontal plane for the test, and it is required to be firm and meet the stacking area of the tested sample box
② the box must be filled with real objects or simulated objects, and the simulated objects must be close to or similar to the real objects when used
③ envelop the tested box according to the conventional requirements
④ number and register the sample boxes tested
duration of stacking height test (see table XXVI):

II. Vertical impact drop test
the vertical impact drop test is actually to allow the corrugated box to fall freely on a certain device without any external force, and take different placement positions for the corrugated box to fall freely on the impact surface at a certain height, and observe its state after vertical impact
vertical impact drop test: the corrugated box is subject to surface drop, edge drop and angle drop
three sample boxes were also selected and pretreated for 24 hours under the environmental conditions of temperature 23 ± 2 ℃, relative humidity 50% ± 5%, and the test was carried out under the same environmental conditions
basic rules of vertical impact drop test:
① the sample box must be filled with real objects or simulators similar to real objects
② envelop the sample box as usual
③ when the surface falls, the falling surface is parallel to the impact surface, and the maximum included angle is not more than 2 °
④ when the edge falls, the falling edge is parallel to the horizontal plane, and the maximum included angle is not more than 2 °
⑤ when the angle falls, the error of the included angle between at least two planes constituting this angle and the impact surface shall not be greater than ± 5 ° or 10% of this included angle
⑥ lift the test sample box to the required drop height position, and the difference between the lifting height and the predetermined height shall not exceed ± 2%
